FoodHandler is pleased to offer Basic Food Safety Training for your employees.  Basic Food Safety is designed to provide a food safety overview to your employees.  It is available in both English and Spanish and was designed in conjunction with 2005 FDA Food Code for food service handling and preparation.

The training session can be completed in approximately an hour and is divided into four 15 minute lessons.  An interactive glossary is available during the training for additional information on food safety related terms and quiz questions are presented throughout each lesson.  The program concludes with a graded quiz and printable certificate of achievement.
